We are constantly developing new materials in our own laboratories and test these products according to international standards. In order to ensure the development of reliable refractory materials, we conduct all necessary tests in advance – for example a comprehensive selection of raw materials as well as abrasion and slagging tests.

Steuler’s engineering and design is focused on ensuring reliable project planning and maximum project safety. We prepare comprehensive service designs and refractory constructions based on your specific process conditions and requirements.

Our production workshops and qualified specialists in the fields of mould construction and production ensure utmost flexibility in meeting any requirements. Whether it be single shaped bricks or complete refractory linings for high-temperature processes, we will custom manufacture to your specifications. Our manufacturing program offers shaped non-basic products made of raw materials ranging from fireclay to corundum, including chrome-alumina, zirconium and SiC-materials as well as unshaped products.

We also offer installation services and carry out repair work. Specially trained supervisors control the erection work as well as repair works. This ensures the proper realisation of our refractory solutions.
