Prospective industrial clerks for Europe experience an internship abroad at one of the Steuler Group's many branches during their training. Factory instruction and IT training are also part of the program.

All trainees at Steuler are paid according to the collective wage agreement, regardless of the profession they are learning. They receive an attractive training allowance every month and a little more every year until their final exams. In addition, there are vacation and Christmas bonuses, 30 days' vacation per year and allowances for teaching materials and school trips. Experienced colleagues are on hand with help and advice when preparing for the final exam.
