The concept covers the cladding of tanks, apparatus, construction parts and pipes with thermoplastics. Bekaplast protects waste water tanks and heavy duty channels, for instance in the chemical industry. Drinking water tanks are lined with Bekaplast Aqua-Lining 400. Conical anchor studs on the reverse of the cladding mechanically connect the plastic plate to the concrete. The material can be repaired more than once, is highly impact resistant and is also resistant to biogenic corrosion and chemicals.
