From 12th until 13th of June 2019, interested engineers, technicians and site managers from BASF Ludwigshafen and Antwerp were invited to inform themselves on-site in Höhr-Grenzhausen about new developments and lining technologies in the range of acid protection. Functional surface protection linings, mechanically anchored lining systems, guidelines for the working conditions act and occupational safety law, as well as the latest stand of the regulations on facilities for the handling of water-hazardous-substances (AwSV) were among other topics of the broad presentation program. Furthermore, in the course of factory tours, manufacturing- and production facilities were visited in Höhr-Grenzhausen.
