The internal talent development programme "Steuler Growth" is the enhanced version of our "Nachwuchsförderprogramm – NFP" (junior talent programme) and is aimed at Steuler Group employees who want to bring special motivation and commitment to their day-to-day work.
Do you want to take on more responsibility in the future and are you one of the real doers?
The program is a collaboration between our own business coach Andreas Adams and Sabrina Arnold from ifsm - Institut für Sales & Managementberatung. They provide you with key skills for your everyday professional life and prepare you for demanding tasks within our company.
We want you not just to arrive, but above all, to get ahead together with us.
Imagine you could not only advance your own development, but also positively influence the future of the people around you. That is exactly the goal of "Steuler Growth" – a programme that not only gives you the tools for your personal development, but also helps you broaden your mindset and gain new perspectives.
When you take part in "Steuler Growth", numerous opportunities open up for you. You have better chances of taking on a more responsible position within the company and strengthen your skills to prepare for taking on even more responsibility in the future.
Part of the programme involves founding a social enterprise. As a genuine entrepreneur, you get to know every facet of running a company and have a lasting impact on your environment, the community and people in the region. This opens up new opportunities here on the ground to tackle social challenges together in an interdisciplinary team.
"Steuler Growth" is your opportunity to combine professional growth with personal impact and to take responsibility for the world around you. Become part of "Steuler Growth" and use your talents to help yourself and others move forward in a way that leaves a lasting impression.

These sessions will take place depending on flight availability. You must have a passport for this trip; please check that it is valid (at least 6 more months and 2 blank pages). If you do not have a passport, you must apply for one as soon as possible.
Once your participation is confirmed, we will contact you regarding your flight, visa and vaccinations.
